Location: The Rainbow Flowage Dam outlet (Wisconsin River) is located on County Hwy D. From Woodruff, take Hwy J east approximately 8 miles to the intersection with Cty E. Turn right on Cty E to the intersection with Cty D, then turn left toward the dam area. |
